Under Texas law, a "bet" does not include an offer of a prize, award, or compensation to the actual contestants in a bona fide contest for the determination of skill, speed, strength, or endurance.

Fees and Payments

  1. Tournament Registration Fees: A flat 15% administrative fee is deducted during tournament registration. These fees are allocated to operational and administrative costs and are not derived from the prize pool.

  2. Payout Fees: A 5% payout fee and an additional $0.50 service fee are applied to prize distributions to cover processing and administrative costs.

Our fee structure ensures compliance with Texas law, further emphasizing that no portion of the prize pool is taken as profit by Division 1 Gaming. All fees are transparently disclosed and solely intended to support the operation and maintenance of the Platform.
